Prashant is an interdisciplinary artist from India, engaging in artistic roles as a performer, choreographer, teacher, and dance filmmaker. His diverse body of work includes solos, duets, and trios, created in collaboration with artists from
various disciplines. Prashant is dedicated to crafting immersive, intimate, and experimental performances that resonate with poetry, humour, and honesty.
His work has been showcased at festivals in India, Hong Kong, and the UK.
Prashant studied extensively in India and Europe. He graduated from the Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts in Bangalore, India and subsequently worked as a repertoire dancer. He underwent training in choreography and physical experimental performances in Amsterdam and Berlin.
As an educator, Prashant is passionate about creating spaces that allow individuals to explore freedom and authenticity in their bodies. He enjoys sharing his practice with people of all ages and backgrounds, including professional and non- professional dancers.

Prashant has been invited to teach at various dance academies, programs and residencies across India and Europe. As a performer, Prashant’s movement vocabulary ranges from abstract to complex and simple patterns that express
narratives. He participates in various dance and theatre productions, collaborating with artists to bring unique performances to life.
